Wishfox is a free wishlist and gift registry app. You make a list, add gifts by pasting a product link from any shop, and share the link. Guests open it without an account and reserve a gift. Everyone else sees it as taken. You don't, so you can't spoil your own surprise.

Is Wishfox free to use?

Yes, Wishfox is and always will be free to use.

Can friends see if I reserve an item?

No, that would not be a surprise.

Can I set my wishlist private?

Yes, you can choose between three options. Private list is only visible to you. With link the list is visible only to those who have a link. Public list is visible to everyone on your profile page.

Do others need to have an account to see my wishlist and reserve items?

No, the account is not required to see your wishlist. They can even reserve items from your list. But there are benefits to having an account.

Does Wishfox track prices?

Yes. Wishfox checks the prices of items in your lists once a day and emails you when a price drops.

Wishfox has no ads and no ad trackers. Visitor stats come from Plausible, which sets no cookies. We don't sell data. You can export your items to CSV and delete your account at any time.

Can I run a Secret Santa on Wishfox?

Yes! Create a group, share the join code, and Wishfox draws the names privately for everyone. Friends can join with just an email, no account needed. Groups also work great for birthdays and weddings, with everyone's wishlists in one place.
